Season 4 Contest Winners & Bug Fixes

Hello everyone, we will be restarting the servers to fix a few minor bugs and changes.

 

Patch Notes

  • Fixed a bug that made users not get removed from Ghost Castle when the island was taken.
  • Fixed a bug with the Enemy NPC that made his text not appear.
  • Fixed some minor localization typos.
  • We've added Pet Restat Scrolls to the Turf Shop.
    • Each scroll will restat exactly 1 point from your pet.

How do I claim my prize?

In order to claim your prize, you will have to open a support ticket on the winning account within 72 hours of being announced as a winner. Please note delivery of prizes can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks depending on your prize and address. You must provide us with all the following documents & information:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Country
  • State/Province
  • Address
  • Postal/Zip Code
  • Phone Number
  • 2 Pieces of government issued photo ID

 

Individuals who won the Facebook contests will need to contact us both via a Support Ticket & on the original facebook account.
